Maia’s album was recorded with producer Tom Bridges (and others) who is a songwriter who has worked with several artists such as Sofia Reyes from the album "MILAMORES", Danna Paola, Miley Cirus, DJ Snakes, Yellow Claw etc. And today he works alongside Maia Reficco.

When will Maia’s album be released?

According to a tweet on her tweeter account, Maia Reficco replied to a fan that she had been working on the album for 6-3 years. As for the release date there is not one very precisely but normally it will be from a reliable source, this year.

“...I'm going to be on the show (Hadestown) for a few months. Right now, I'm concentrating on the show, but then my music comes in. And I've still got a few movies coming out. It's all very exciting! On September 21, 2024, stylist Ash Mateu posted photos on her Instagram account of her trip to New York, which will be chronicled in February 2025 on her Inside Studio website.

After 1 year, on December 20, 2024 Maia Reficco let us listen via her tik tok account to two extracts from “My Therapist is on Vacation” with an English and Spanish version, then another 30-second extract from “My Therapist is on Vacation” as well.

Update February 20

On February 20, 2025, Maia Reficco was live with her brother Joaco Reficco on LUZU TV, in which both Maia and Joaco played another extract from their forthcoming sounds, and once again Maia teases another new song she hadn't put on tik tok.

The song is called “Amapola (Sing to me Pablo)”, which means “Poppy (Sing to me Pablo)”.

In the live show she is asked word for word “¿Cuándo sale?” which means “When is he coming out” and Maia replies “No sé” which means “I don't know”.

On March 21 Maia Reficco posted on her X account, an extract from her song “Amapola (Sing to me Pablo)”, but this extract is a version with only her voice.

I don't know if you were around in 2021 when a German tiktok named Dessy Stefanou released an extract of an untitled song.
